How They Work Together

During a ritual, Ada:
  1. Gathers context from your vault
  2. Calls each relevant assistant
  3. Assembles their outputs into your Captive notes
  4. Updates your knowledge base
You don’t call assistants directly — Ada coordinates them based on the ritual type and timescale.

Concepts

Each assistant follows specific methodologies:
  • Goals uses the 1-3-5 method (daily), Major Moves (weekly), Quests (quarterly)
  • Brief synthesizes across all domains for situational awareness
  • Achievements captures evidence for performance reviews and growth tracking
